Since 2016, our client Continuity West has used a multi incident management system (MIMS), originally developed by Evergreen.
What problem did Continuity West have?
The basics of MIMS are fairly standard.
However, with increased business growth, they were handling up to 500 plans and 20,000 tasks across dozens of sites for a single client.
This complexity of tasks and plans meant an increase in time and resources for our client, putting a strain on the current system.
After much development, Evergreen delivered a significantly enhanced, user-friendly system, offering the same levels of customer service.
